Delete your account and data

The Next Text by Oakridge Apps. You can delete everything yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open The Next Text and tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete All My Data.
  3. Tap Delete Everything to confirm.

Without the app

Email oakridgeappsinc@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Because the app doesn't ask for your name or email, tell us roughly when you started using it and on which kind of phone, so we can find your account. We'll confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleted permanently: your account, all your conversations and AI answers, your preferences, any reports you sent, and your Premium record.

Kept without anything that identifies you: anonymous usage counts (date, type of request, cost), for up to 13 months, for billing and abuse prevention. Screenshots are never stored in the first place.

Have Premium? Deleting your data doesn't cancel the subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play too. See Support for how.
